- Traditional finance is adopting crypto for legitimacy, speed, and as a global investment.
Justin Sun, the founder of TRON, recently announced that TRON Inc. has officially adopted TRX as a strategic reserve asset. The development solidifies Sun’s participation as a strategic advisor at the company’s opening bell ceremony. TRON Inc. has staked more than 360 million TRX via the JustLend platform, expecting to attain an annual return of 10%.
“I am very proud to announce to everyone that TRON (TRX) has been strategically reserved by a Nasdaq-listed company. I believe that this is not only a significant step for TRON.Inc, but also an important moment for the entire blockchain industry, which is worth remembering together. This also marks the true beginning of the cryptocurrency era.” Justin Sun said.
This initiative, now called the “TRX MicroStrategy,” is one of the first examples of a publicly listed company integrating blockchain’s native token into its core reserves.
The development is expected to simplify cryptocurrency-based investing. The move is expected to enable investors to trade Hong Kong and U.S stocks such as TRON using USDT stablecoin, without the need for an offshore account.

Traditional Finance Warms Up To Crypto
According to Zak Taher, MultiBank.io’s CEO, traditional finance is increasingly embracing cryptocurrency due to growing regulatory clarity and broader adoption. Financial companies are also acknowledging crypto for its fast transactions, transparency, and decentralization.
Moreover, Taher notes that there is a wide recognition of cryptocurrencies as “international assets” that are no longer risky technologies but more legitimate, investable assets.
