- The agreement offers Nexo long-term global exposure as Audi establishes its new team identity in the sport.

Crypto lender Nexo has secured a four-year sponsorship agreement with the Audi Revolut Formula 1 team, placing its brand on one of global motorsport’s most visible stages as Audi prepares to join the grid in 202
The deal comes only weeks after Nexo announced a partnership with Tennis Australia for the Australian Open. Under the agreement, Nexo becomes Audi Revolut F1’s first official digital asset sponsor with category exclusivity, the company reported.
The contract runs for four seasons and is understood to be worth tens of millions of dollars, giving Nexo sustained visibility as Audi’s new team builds its identity in the championship.
Nexo becomes the fourth crypto-related firm to back a Formula 1 outfit after a wave of advertising that peaked in 2021 and 2022 and then cooled. Coinbase signed with Aston Martin Aramco in early 2025, Kraken took a sponsorship role with Williams Racing, and Bybit partnered with Red Bull Racing in 2024.

Australian Open Deal Sets Pattern
The Formula 1 move follows Nexo’s recent agreement with Tennis Australia, where the firm became the first virtual asset sponsor of a Grand Slam tournament.
That three-year deal covers the Australian Open and other “Summer of Tennis” events, including the United Cup and Adelaide International, and grants Nexo branding rights across venues and broadcasts.
By combining tennis and Formula 1, Nexo now links its brand to two global, televised circuits that attract different but overlapping audiences. The company positions these partnerships as a way to maintain recognition across markets and time zones as the digital asset sector seeks more durable awareness after earlier cycles of speculative interest.
Audi’s 2026 entry gives Nexo a chance to align with a new team from its launch stage, rather than attaching to an existing brand with an established sponsor roster. The structure of the deal allows Nexo to grow alongside Audi Revolut F1 as the team develops performance on track and builds its commercial portfolio off it.
