Crypto.com Earn Program

Crypto.com Has Changed Their Earn Program For The 4th Time In 3 Months.

In the midst of a bear market, Crypto.com has removed 15 coins from its crypto earn program. This is the 4th change to the earn program in 3 months.

  • Crypto.com has announced changes to the tokens available for its earn program with 15 coins being removed including DOGE and SHIB along with XTZ, MKR, EOS, OMG, FLOW, KNC, ICX, COMP, BIFI, ONG, GAS, STRAX, and BNT.
  • No official reason for the removal has been announced by Crypto.com, this comes after the value of these coins has plummeted over the past year and continues to lose value in the recent market crash. However, Crypto.com will be adding ZIL, NEAR, and FTM.
  • Crypto.com also adjusted the reward rates for select stablecoins. Stablecoins are cryptocurrencies that are pegged to a fiat currency such as the US Dollar. The coins in question are TGBP, TAUD, TUSD, and USDP.
  • While some seemed to be indifferent to the fact that Crypto.com removed these coins, others argued that it is the best thing for crypto.com at the moment amongst internal troubles, including their recent layoffs due to market conditions.
