After reports of the shamed LUNA founder hiding in Europe, likely Serbia, he has now been found to have cashed out over US$120,000.

  • On-chain data taken from Digital Asset found that a wallet linked to the Luna foundation Guard (LFG) had moved 9.64 BTC, worth around US$120,000.
  • It is likely that Kwon will attempt to cash out the Bitcoins in Serbia with the various Bitcoin ATMs located in Belgrade and other cities around the country believes Digital Asset. There are currently 3 Bitcoin ATMs in Serbia, 2 in Belgrade, and 1 in Novi-Sad according to data from Coin ATM Radar.
  • Since the collapse of LUNA and UST, Kwon has been evading authorities through various movements around the globe. Kwon was wanted for arrest by South Korean courts in September and a further red notice was issued by the Interpol later just weeks after.
